's way too expensive. In fact there may even be hair products out there that are capable of doing all these things for your hair, but they cost a fortune, and are mainly made up of ingredients that we don't know where they came from. And worst of all, we don’t know the consequences they may have on our hair and overall health. The truth is that all the benefits we mentioned at the beginning of this video can be obtained using a natural ingredient: the potato. Potatoes contains many nutrients that can be incredibly beneficial to your hair.

Potatoes: - Cleanse, nourish and strengthen your scalp; - Increase hair growth; - Prevent hair loss; - Boost shine and strengthen strands. Using this vegetable in your hair care routine is not totally new, but the best way to do it is by using potato water. Here's what you need to do:

Ingredients

1 potato;
50 ml of water.

'Wash the potato well and chop it into small pieces. Mix the chopped up potatoes with the water and beat them in the blender for a few minutes. After they have been puréed, use a clean cloth to strain them. Squeeze the potatoes hard with the cloth in order to extract as much liquid as possible. The ideal is to prepare the mixture right before you preform the treatment so you make sure that you're not losing any of it beneficial qualities. The application process is very easy. Gently massage your scalp with the potato juice for five to ten minutes. Then apply it all over your hair and let it sit for at least 30 minutes but no more then 2 hours. How to Get Rid of Gallstones Naturally (Gallbladder Cleanse)

Our gallbladder plays a very important role in our health, and we don’t even think about it. However, if it weren’t for this pear shaped organ, our digestive system wouldn’t function correctly. Bile, the substance that helps digest fat, is stored in our gallbladder. Whenever the amount of water and bile becomes unbalanced in your body, calcium and cholesterol crystals form and build up, originating what is called cholelithiasis, or gallstones. These gallstones may not show any symptoms, but some people report intense and continuous pain, in addition to nausea and vomiting. In nature we find several ingredients that can not only help prevent, but also treat some cases of gallstones.

Here are some of them:
Apple cider vinegar
The malic acid in the apple acts as a softener and stops the liver's production of cholesterol, in addition to helping to dissolve the stones little by little. Put a tablespoon of vinegar in a glass of apple juice. Take it whenever you’re in pain.

Lemon juice
Vitamin C deficiency has been linked to a higher incidence of gallstones. Being rich in this substance, regular consumption of lemons is helpful in preventing the onset of gallstones. Lemons are also rich in citric acid and contribute to reducing gallbladder calcification and cholesterol production. You can drink the juice from four lemons, on an empty stomach, for a week. It’s also recommended that you drink plenty of water after ingesting the juice.

Mint
Mint is rich in terpene, a substance that stimulates the production of bile juices, which helps to lessen the effects of gallstones and even dissolve some of them. You can get this benefit by making a tea with mint  Drink it twice a day for a month.

Vegetable juices
Many vegetables have a beneficial effect in the treatment of gallstones. A good way to use them is to include juices made with vegetables in your diet. Vegetables such as beets, cucumbers and carrots strengthen gallbladder function and stimulate the production of bile.

Dandelion
Because of their high diuretic and depurative power, dandelions are a great alternative because it makes your gallbladder work better, avoiding bile stones. This tea also helps dissolve these stones naturally. You can make a tea with dry dandelion root. It’s recommended that you take it three times a day for a week.

Avoid These 8 Foods Made In China Filled With Plastic, Pesticides And Cancer-Causing Chemicals

There has been an increase in the amount of food-borne diseases due to the amount of imported foods that Americans eat. The foods imported from China are the ones that have attracted most of the criticism. They don’t have as many food safety standards as we do in the US. The list of foods that can be unsafe is quite large and includes vegetables, seafood, and much more. Here is a detailed list of all the foods you should avoid from China:

Garlic
There’s a 40% chance that the garlic you have in your kitchen is Chinese and is cultivated in a very unhealthy way. Chinese garlic can be distinguished by its metallic bitterness, and its lack of a root and stem.

Rice
Have you ever cooked rice and noticed that it stayed hard? Chances are you ate imported fake rice. It may be made of tree sap and other food items and is highly dangerous.

Green peas
Certain dyes and preservatives have been banned in America, but in China they’re still used, and green peas are one of the most contaminated ingredients. Be on the lookout for green pea substitutes that are marketed as green peas. They may be cancerous or cause your calcium levels to become depleted.

Mushrooms
If the mushrooms are not fresh but instead preserved, then chances are they’ve also been imported and there’s no way to know whether or not they’re healthy or grown in harmful environments.

Apple juice
Over half of the apple juice found in grocery stores around our country have pesticides and other dangerous chemicals in them, due to the relaxed food safety laws in China. Whenever possible, buy apple juice that is advertised as being local, or, even better, make your own.

Fish
The waters in China are extremely polluted which means we should avoid anything that comes out of them. The diet of fish bred in China is also unknown. Most of the cod and tilapia in the USA comes from China.

Chicken
Just like with the fish, pollution, diseases, and eating habits can make any imported poultry a problem.

Salt
Salt in itself isn’t very healthy for us, but industrialized salt has even more side effects and negative aspects than any other kind. Basically, anytime you buy food, make sure you’re buying organic, homegrown foods.

He Burns Coffee Grounds in His Backyard. The Reason? Genius!

Have you had your coffee today? Coffee is the second most consumed drink in the world, behind water. So, if you like to drink good coffee every morning, you should know that it has a little known use: scaring away insects. Next time you think about buying a spray insect repellent, remember this tip! Coffee is a great insect repellent. And best of all, it's all natural and super cheap. Sounds weird, doesn’t it? Most insects smell using their antennae, and their sense of smell is heightened. Due to its strong aroma, coffee is able to keep the insects far away. The US Environmental Protection Agency even lists coffee grounds as something that can keep mosquitoes away. In order for it to be really effective, the tip is to burn the coffee grounds.

Here's how:
Cover a dish with foil and place the coffee grounds on top. It’s very important that the process is performed in a cool, dry place. Let the coffee grounds dry out somewhere flat, like a table. Make sure to keep them out of the reach of children and animals. Then slowly burn the residue of the ground coffee, as if it were an incense. You can burn it on the plate itself or transfer it into a tin. This way, the smoke will spread throughout the area, repelling insects. Another suggestion is to spread the coffee grounds around, forming a line, and burn it from one end to another. But that's not all. Coffee is also effective at eliminating mosquito larvae that stay on dishes and pots of plants. To combat them, try mixing coffee grounds with the soil in the potted plants. Coffee grounds are also great for chasing away ants. Just make a path with the dry grounds where they pass to scare them away.

After this, participants received a daily dose of tomato juice containing 15mg of lycopene, a version enriched with 35mg of lycopene, lycopene capsules or placebo capsules. 7 Sneaky Heart Attack Symptoms Women Might Be Ignoring

Contrary to what we normally see in movies, a heart attack is not always fast and intense. Reality is often quite different, which, in a way might be good to warn us of the imminent risk. While no one likes to admit that they may be at risk, when we really examine them, the statistics are frightening. Out of every 4 deaths in the US, one is due to heart problems. And although most people have a general notion of how heart attacks manifest themselves, you might not know that men and women can have different symptoms before they have a heart attack. Heart attacks kill more women than breast cancer and how they appear doesn’t always let you know what the problem is. So here’s 7 signs that women might display before they have a heart attack:

Sudden sweating
Most women feel dizzy and sweat cold before a heart attack. Sudden pallor for no apparent reason can also be an indicator of a heart attack.

Aching
Unlike men, women generally don’t feel numbness in their chest and shoulder, but they may feel a tightness along their jaw up to the neck. These mild pains can expand to their shoulders toward the left side. You should also watch out for pressure on your chest and upper back.

Sleep Issues
One study found that nearly half of the women who had a heart attack experienced sleep disorders in the days before. Sleeping problems are common, but if a woman experiences an excessive sleep disturbance, this may be a sign that something isn’t going well with her heart.

Indigestion or nausea
Women may have indigestion or vomit just before their heart attack. In addition, the chances of having gastrointestinal and digestive problems can increase significantly before a heart attack.

Unexplained fatigue
This is perhaps one of the most common symptoms, affecting over 70% of women who are about to have a heart attack. In many cases, this tiredness and weakness might be mistaken for flu symptoms. They may suddenly feel exhausted, even after performing small tasks such as getting up from a chair and walking a short distance.

Shortness of breath
Women about to have a heart attack may also experience shortness of breath. More than half of these women suffer from shortness of breath before the heart attack. This symptom may be accompanied by difficulty speaking.

Anxiety and Stress
Feeling anxious or stressed is something very common these days, but if it’s accompanied by a feeling that something isn’t going well, it may be a warning. Women often feel anxious, stressed and tense before a heart attack and describe this feeling as  a sense of imminent death.
